Turkey Ham Mix Salad

First Mix Salad in 2012 Salad - another tasty yet healthy alternatives for those who have no idea what to eat for breakfast. Just put any green lettuce that you prefer - veggie gives you fibre. Add on some meat - anything from chicken ham, turkey ham to salami. Put raw vegetable such as cucumber, tomato - provides you enough enzyme for your body needs. Mix well with your favourite dressing - sauce Ingredients: Japanese cucumber - cube Tomato - sliced Lettuce Turkey ham - cube Chicken ham - cube Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing  Play around with the ingredients and do remember to let your kids to mix the salad for themselves.
