Mee Suah Soup

First Time Mee Suah Soup Ingredients: Mee Suah Japanese Taufoo Crab stick meat Lettuce  Bunashimeiji mushroom x 1 packet Red Snaper fish meat Chicken broth (boiled and keep overnight) as soup base             You can put any green veggies you prefer Instead of red snaper fish meat, you can opt for other fish meat you prefer or put fish paste, in chinese we called it "Yee Wat" Here's a bowl of freshly cook Mee Suah Soup for a rainy afternoon.  The soup taste so sweet with nice fish aroma blended into it.
