My First Vegetarian Bakuteh Bakuteh comes from a chinese word which mean; Bak-kut-teh is a pork rib dish cooked in broth popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore, where there is a predominant Hokkien and Teo Chew community. But in my recipe I am preparing a vegetarian bakuteh. No meat is served... Mix Veggie Meehoon Soup

My Mix Veggie Meehoon Soup Yesterday I went to supermarket bought a variety of vegetables to be stock in my fridge. I even bough ikan bilis (anchovies) to make ikan  bilis broth for the soup.
