My First Chicken Chop in year 2009
I personally cook this for my parent-in-law on one special night.
It was my father-in-law celebrating his 55th birthday. All his life he has been eating mainly chinese food. So I decided to make something different so that he felt special on his special day.
I prepared chicken chop - deep fried to golden brown perfection top with mushroom gravy.
Served with side dishes - hash brown, blanched yellow & red capsicum and broccoli.
I prepared and cook with love - everyone has no comment on my food, so I assume I already got the answer when I see only empty plates and chicken bone left on the dining table.
When you cooked with love, every food you cook surely taste good.
Or maybe they choose not to comment as they could see I really put effort into cooking...
