Three Dish Dinner cooked in 30 minutes

A Very Simple and Mildly Taste Dinner. No idea what to cook but still prefer to cook whatever left in my fridge. Took out yesterday's vegetable (nai pak) 1-Stir fry vegetable (nai pak) 2-Steam fish 3-Tomato Omellete Simply but satisfying meal on dinner. You still get all the nutrients the body needs. Happy Dinner-ing !

A very easy to prepare rice vermicelli or better known as "MeeHoon soup" or "Beehoon soup" Either you cook this as morning breakfast or afternoon lunch, you'll sure to like the sweet and mild taste of chicken broth soup together with freshly made fish ball. Ingredients: Rice Vermicelli Tomato Fish ball (from morning market) Vegetable (nai pak) Japanese long taufoo Soup based: Chicken broth using chicken breast to boil the soup Sea salt Enjoy your lunch!

Chic Ku Teh (Halal)

From Bakuteh to Chikuteh Bakuteh comes from a chinese word which mean; Bak-kut-teh is a pork rib dish cooked in broth popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore, where there is a predominant Hokkien and Teo Chew community. But in my dish I modified it to put chicken drumstick instead of pork rib. Even though the smell is not as aromatic as "ba ku teh", but this is a more healthier version minus the oily fat comes from pork rib. This "chic ku teh" taste mild but still delicious for those who opt for healthier version. Ingredients: Add any type of taufoo according to your preference, mushroom from enoki, button mushroom to bunashimeiji. Blanch green veggies from lettuce to "yau mak" Garnish with Cilantro or Parsley Soup based Black garlic x 2pcs Pre pack bakuteh soup x 2 sachets Happy Trying!

Ingredients: Spaghetti Traditional pasta sauce Bunashimeiji For mix salad portion Tomato Cherry cucumber Hard boiled omega egg Chicken breast meat (cut into cubes) Kewpie mild mayanaisse Alfafa Sprouts as garnish I love everything about Food: the fragrant, irresistible smell; original colors and  the rich, overwhelming tastes.
