From Bakuteh to Chikuteh
Bakuteh comes from a chinese word which mean;
Even though the smell is not as aromatic as "ba ku teh", but this is a more healthier version minus the oily fat comes from pork rib.
This "chic ku teh" taste mild but still delicious for those who opt for healthier version.
Ingredients:
Add any type of taufoo according to your preference, mushroom from enoki, button mushroom to bunashimeiji.
Blanch green veggies from lettuce to "yau mak"
Garnish with Cilantro or Parsley
Soup based
Black garlic x 2pcs
