My Shanghai Noodle in clear Soup
Ingredients:
Shanghai noodles
Yellow capsicum
Crab stick (crab flavored filament)
Green vegetable - any type you prefer
Bunashimeij mushroom
Chicken meatball
Soup based - Chicken broth
Sea salt to taste
Remark: Yellow or red capsicum makes the soup taste sweeter due to the sweet nature of this capsicum.
