How To Steam White Pomfret Fish
Ingredients:
White pomfret - small x 3 pcs
Garlic - chopped
Ginger - sliced
Sesame oil
soy sauce
Method:
Wash white pomfret and drain with kitchen towel paper.
Transfer to a stainless steel big plate.
Meanwhile fried garlic in a hot pan using cooking oil.
Fried until fragrance or turn golden brown. Put aside.
Place ginger and sesame oil on top of the fish to steam for 15 minutes.
Once done, sprinkle fried garlic and flavour with some soy sauce onto the steam fish.
The steam white pomfret is ready to be served!
