How To Steam Vegetables

Fast and easy way to prepare your green vegetables in a simple yet healthy method.
All you need is only three (3) basic ingredients.




Ingredients:
Organic siew pak choy - 1 packet
Garlic - your desired quantity - chopped
Light soy sauce

Method:
Wash, drain and cut siew pak choy into your desired size.
Fried chopped garlic in a hot pan using cooking oil. 
Fried until fragrance or turn golden brown. 
Separate the fried garlic and oil. Put aside.
Place / arrange siew pak choy onto a metal / stainless steel plate and combine with the fried garlic oil.
Heat the wok with water underneath about 20 percent.
When you see bubble means the wok is hot enough.
Place the plate of siew pak choy onto the wok using a metal stand.
Steam for 7 minutes.
When the veggies is done, add fried garlic and light soy sauce - toss roughly just to let the sauce mix evenly.





Delicious and juicy siew pak choy is ready to be served on your dining table!
