My First Chicken Loaf Sandwich I always come across a variety of sandwich sold in bakery, cafe and supermarket. It sparked my mind yesterday afternoon to D.I.Y my own sandwich. So I decided to shop for my favourite ingredients to make sandwich. I woke up early in the morning to start my D.I.Y sandwich project. First time was always interesting.. Ingredients:- Massimo Whole grain bread Kewpie mild mayonise Naturel butter Cherry tomato (as snack) Japanese cucumber Tomato Chicken ham Emborg sliced cheedar cheese Soon after my first sandwich project, I definately gonna make more sandwich in future. My First Chicken Chop in year 2009 I personally cook this for my parent-in-law on one special night. It was my father-in-law celebrating his 55th birthday. All his life he has been eating mainly chinese food. So I decided to make something different so that he felt special on his special day. I prepared chicken chop - deep fried to golden brown perfection top with mushroom gravy. Served with side dishes - hash brown, blanched yellow & red capsicum and broccoli. I prepared and cook with love - everyone has no comment on my food, so I assume I already got the answer when I see only empty plates and chicken bone left on the dining table. When you cooked with love, every food you cook surely taste good. Or maybe they choose not to comment as they could see I really put effort into cooking... "Wishing my father-in-law a very happy and memorable birthday having daughter-in-law cooked on his special day!"

My First Blueberry Chocolate Cake   in year 2009 I remembered when my daughter was 2 years old then, I decided to bake my own cake to surprise her on her birthday. But I did not know how and where to start. So I consulted one of my college friend named - Fanny, who likes to bake cake just to make her family happy. Her explanation on the phone was not clear enough as I only talked to her for a few moments and I don't think as a beginner like me can manage to bake a cake! Upon purchasing raw material on baking ingredients and baking utensils, I confronted a shop assistant where she taught me some basic knowledge every-baker-need-to-know steps. So I finally came out with a horrible-looking cake - top with blueberry and very hard texture icing that force me to create ugly drawing for decoration. The cake inside tasted normal and a bit rough. I showed this cake to my mum and we had a good laugh! That was the story of my first experience on baking a cake. Laugh ...
