Steam Fish in Black Bean Sauce Ingredients: One whole fish - 1 pc (any fish you prefer) Ingredients (A): Sesame oil brown sugar - to taste Black bean sauce - 2 tbs Filtered water - 2 tbs Garlic - chopped Ginger - chopped Parsley - a pinch Red chili or any fresh chili x 1 pc chopped Method: Wash the whole fish and drain with kitchen towel paper.
