Steam Fish in Black Bean Sauce Ingredients: One whole fish - 1 pc (any fish you prefer)  Ingredients (A): Sesame oil brown sugar - to taste Black bean sauce - 2 tbs Filtered water - 2 tbs  Garlic - chopped Ginger - chopped Parsley - a pinch Red chili or any fresh chili x 1 pc chopped Method: Wash the whole fish and drain with kitchen towel paper.  Transfer to a stainless steel big plate. Meanwhile, fried garlic in a hot pan using cooking oil.  Fried until fragrance or turn golden brown. Put aside. Place and mix all Ingredients (A) with a bowl.  You may add more water until your desired gravy thickness. Pour the black bean sauce mixture (up to you how much you wanna put) onto the fish. Then place ginger on top of the black bean sauce mixture. Steam for 10 minutes. Simple Yet Delicious Superior Spinach Soup  Ingredients:  600 gm Spinach 20 pcs Fresh fish ball - from market 1 piece of chicken breast sea salt to taste soy sauce pepper filtered water 1.5 litre Method: Wash chicken breast and put into a big pot. Fill the pot with 1.5 litre of water. Boil for at least 50 minutes. Meanwhile, trim and wash the spinach put aside. Put in fish ball after 50 minutes boiling the chicken soup to boil for another 10 minutes. Last add in spinach to boil for about 5 minutes. How To Stir Fry Lotus Root with Lean Meat Ingredients: Garlic - minced Carrot - sliced and cut stick Local Lotus root - for stir frying Lean meat - either pork or chicken Bean curb paste (nam yu) - 1 pc Brown sugar - a pinch Soy sauce to taste Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Cooking wine - 1 tbp Method: Heat up the pan with oil. Add in garlic and fried for 20 seconds. Before garlic turn brown, put in lean meat. Once lean meat nearly 70% cooked toss in lotus root and carrot. Turn on medium heat , add bean curb paste, brown sugar and soy sauce. Keep on stirring, let all flavors get in and lastly sprinkle some cooking wine to enhance the meat flavor. How To Stir Fry Mix Vegetable Ingredients: Garlic (small portion) - chopped  Tomato Cherry - cut half Bunashimeiji mushroom French Bean - cut small Chicken meatball - cut small Salted Cashew Nut - a pinch Soy sauce and sea salt to taste Method: In a frying pan, heat the pan with cooking oil. Put chopped garlic and fry until fragrance. Then add bunashimeiji, french bean and chicken meatball to stir fry for 5 minutes. Cook until ingredients become soft. Put soy sauce and sea salt to taste. When done put tomato cherry just to toss. Transfer mix vegetable onto a plate, decorate with cashew nut and arrange the tomato cherry. Hot and appetizing stir fry mix veggie is ready to be served!

How To Steam White Pomfret Fish Ingredients: White pomfret - small x 3 pcs Garlic - chopped Ginger - sliced Sesame oil soy sauce Method: Wash white pomfret and drain with kitchen towel paper.  Transfer to a stainless steel big plate. Meanwhile fried garlic in a hot pan using cooking oil.  Fried until fragrance or turn golden brown. Put aside. Place ginger and sesame oil on top of the fish to steam for 15 minutes. Once done, sprinkle fried garlic and flavour with some soy sauce onto the steam fish.  The steam white pomfret is ready to be served!
