Kimchi Soup Noodles

My First Kimchi Soup Noodles Ingredients: dry ramen or any noodles pre buy kimchi in container chinese cabbage assorted fish ball goji berry / wolfberry Method: Cook ramen in a hot boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and put aside. Soup: Add 600ml filtered water into a pot to boil until hot. Add kimchi, chinese cabbage and assorted fish ball and cook for 8 minutes.  Put goji / wolfberry to cook for 1 minute. Transfer cooked ramen together with the soup into a bowl. Served hot ! Remark : You may put any ingredients you like such as tomato, carrot or other fish cake. My yummy and appetizing kimchi soup noodles is finished in no time ... Have a nice day ahead !

Stew Carrot Potato Chicken

My Stew Carrot  Potato  Chicken Ingredients: Kampung Chicken - cut small Chat Potato  Australia Carrot Ingredient B: Soy sauce, black soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil - to taste Method: Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the cut kampung chicken and saute for a few minutes until the chicken turn white.  Add carrot, potato and fill clean water until covered up the ingredients. Stew for 20 minutes until ingredients become soft. In the middle, add ingredients B to taste ...until all done. Yummy yet appetizing kampung chicken gravy in one pot dish is served. Enjoy your meal!

Cheese Baked Broccoli Rice

My First Cheese Baked Broccoli Rice Ingredients: Cooked rice Broccoli - cut small Fish Filament Stick Cheese Taufu Cheddar Cheese Parmesan Grated Cheese Method: Blanched broccoli, filament stick and cheese taufu in a pot of hot boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and put aside. Prepared an oven safe ceramic bowl. Put cooked rice into the bowl. Add broccoli, filament stick and cheese taufu onto the rice. Put cheddar cheese on top of the ingredient follow by grated parmesan cheese. Slot in the bowl into a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 celsius just to let the cheese melted. Viola ! Served hot and enjoy...

Carbonara Spaghetti with Chicken Wing

My First Simple Carbonara Spaghetti  Ingredients: Spaghetti Carbonara sauce (ready in can) Chicken wings Button mushroom (ready in can) - sliced black pepper Method: Cook spaghetti in a pot of hot boiling water for 8 minutes or until soft. Drain and put aside. Before cook, wash the chicken wing and drain. Rub the chicken wing with some sea salt to marinate for 20 minutes. Place the chicken wing onto a stainless steel plate. Steam the chicken wing using a wok with water underneath for 20 minutes. While waiting for the chicken wing, prepare the carbonara sauce. Heat pan, then pour the can sauce into the pan cook for at least 5 minutes then put sliced button mushroom to continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Once the sauce become hot, add spaghetti and toss for 30 seconds until even, then put the steam chicken wing as well and toss well. Stir Fry YuPo Noodles

My Stir Fry YuPo Noodles Does this plate of noodle looks like spaghetti? YES but it isn't. This is called Yu Po noodle. I bought the packet of noodle from Bandaraya Bersejarah Melaka. YuPo Noodles The texture of this noodle is similar like spaghetti just that the cooking time to boil the noodle is 5 minutes compare to spaghetti is at least 8-10 minutes. A bowl of delicious Noodles is served!
